Job summary

Favorite Daughter is seeking an Operations Supervisor to own the store's back-of-house and stock flow, leading the stock team and ensuring the sales floor is ready to shine. You will oversee shipments, inventory accuracy, and collaboration with store leadership, while coaching a team, enforcing safety standards, and upholding brand standards during peak times.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of stock, operations, or retail experience, with some supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management - you keep multiple priorities moving at once.
• Comfort with inventory systems, POS, and the basics of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own the flow of merchandise - overseeing shipment receiving, unpacking, processing, and product placement.
• Keep the stockroom, storage, and shipping/receiving areas organized, efficient, and audit-ready.
• Manage inventory accuracy through counts, transfers, and RTVs, flagging discrepancies early.
• Partner with store leadership to make sure the sales floor is always stocked and set to brand standards.
• Back up the sales team by getting them product quickly and efficiently during peak times.
• Support opening and closing operations, including receiving logistics and back-of-house readiness.
• Uphold Loss Prevention and safety standards across all stockroom and operational processes.
• Greet and engage customers when on the sales floor, and model professionalism for the team.

We're looking for an Operations Supervisor to own that operation - leading the stock team, keeping the back ofhouse humming, and making sure the sales floor always has what it needs to shine.
