David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time management team member to build and retain a high-performing team, delivering world-class customer service and exceeding sales plans. You will mentor Dream Makers and guests, creating a climate of high performance and five-star service while managing shifts and coaching performance.

The role emphasizes staffing for goals, coaching on selling skills, and ensuring a five-star guest experience across front-of-house and alterations.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Two-four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and models a customer first culture across all roles.
• Assigns shifts, reviews results, and provides feedback for five-star guest experience.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance selling skills and processes.
• Monitor payroll to ensure hours fit monthly budget and verify timesheets.
