Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a Part-Time Store Manager in Florida to lead Dream Makers and deliver world-class customer service while driving sales. You will coach, mentor, and manage shifts, monitor payroll, and oversee inventory while ensuring top guest experiences.

You will role-model a customer-first culture, build a strong team, and achieve monthly income and staffing goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Two-four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-first culture across all roles and ensure a five-star guest experience.
• Monitor floor staff, assign shifts, review results and coach selling skills and processes.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance individual selling skills and performance.
• Monitor payroll to stay within budget and acknowledge timesheets for all roles.
• Lead the store to achieve Total Monthly Income goals and manage inventory, special orders, layaway, repairs and quality standards.
• Communicate daily sales goals and drive action; review performance and conduct weekly discussions.
• Assist in building a strong bench and staffing to fill open positions within 30 days.
• Other duties as assigned.
