Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store readiness, shipment, replenishment, and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment. You will report to the Store Manager, coach associates, implement visual standards, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless store execution while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications include 1–2 years in retail, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy.
