Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support store readiness and operational execution. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and focuses on leading by example, coaching teams, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

The position requires 1–2 years of retail experience, the ability to work nights and weekends, and physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds while staying compliant with safety standards. Salary ranges are defined per location.
