Job summary

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager as assigned and focuses on maintaining stock, cleanliness, safety, and compliance across the store.

The supervisor leads by example, coaches associates, and collaborates with cross-functional partners to address issues, improve processes, and ensure consistent customer excellence in a dynamic retail

Qualifications
