Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years retail experience.
• Experience providing direction or supervision to teams.
• Experience supporting or participating in training and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front-end operations (checkouts, returns, overrides, till audits, PUIS Desk, etc.).
• Drives customer service by ensuring the front-end support team greets customers and answers inquiries.
• Ensures appropriate headcount is allocated at each checkout and administrative area.
• Monitors and manages payroll closeout processes.
• Leads night/back-end operations to ensure inventory and product flow.
• Provides leadership and coaching, recognizing performance and addressing issues.
