Job summary

SMCP is seeking an Operations Supervisor to drive store back-of-house efficiency and support customer experience. You will lead the back-of-house team in merchandise processing, inventory control, and store organization.

Collaborate with sales, ensure accurate stock handling, protect assets, and maintain safety standards while contributing to seasonal merchandising and visual presentation. Flexibility with scheduling and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales support experience, including POS and inventory management.
• Supervising a team is a plus.
• Bilingual in key markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house operations, setting standards for efficiency, accuracy, and organization.
• Oversee inventory processes including check-in, stock processing, transfers, markdowns, RTVs, and liquidation.
