Qualifications

• 3+ years banking experience required.
• Experience with Fiserv core systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor daily retail operations, including overdrafts, returns, stop payments, and account adjustments.
• Perform routine and complex account maintenance with accuracy.
• Respond to internal inquiries regarding deposit accounts and systems.
• Research and resolve issues on customer accounts in a timely, professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies and procedures.
