ALO in Ardmore, PA is seeking an Operations Associate to join our store team. This full‑time role supports inventory, shipment, replenishment and visual standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Must be able to stand/move throughout shift
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Proactive, customer-focused, and able to multitask

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management with focus on accuracy and reducing shrink
• Investigate inventory issues with store management
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates and store operations
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendors
• Ensure a safe, efficient work environment and stockroom standards
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and assist guests
• Support company directives with the Operations & Visual Management team
• Assist in product flow and daily replenishment
• Leverage metrics to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Address client needs quickly and effectively
