Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and report gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment and floor set updates.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control and facilities.
• Ensure a safe work environment and stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business needs and guests.
• Assist in processing shipments and visual merchandising placement.
• Leverage store metrics to support business-driving strategies.
• Resolve client needs quickly and maintain customer satisfaction.
