Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent work experience.
• Highly experienced in retail operations and a knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Computer skills: PC knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Sales Trak NG
• Strong negotiation, project management, research, analysis, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all assigned clients and oversee client communications.
• Participate in formulation of sales objectives, plans and procedures; execute those that are approved.
• Establish and maintain sound relationships with clients; provide knowledge and insights into the market and CROSSMARK.
• Review, evaluate and report retail execution progress to plan and recommend programs for improvement.
• Develop quarterly analytical business planning sessions with clients.
