Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store team member to help execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an outstanding customer experience at our TJ Maxx location in Meadville, PA. You will work as part of a team, ensure tagging, stocking, and backroom organization, and support management with daily priorities.

Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required. The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking and working flexible nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards; ensures associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Engages with customers to provide excellent service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Monitors productivity and coaches as needed; ensures adherence to store policies and safety standards.
