Job summary

TJ Maxx, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a team member in Lancaster, OH to enhance customer experiences and support merchandise flow in-store. You’ll collaborate with a diverse team across departments, train associates, and ensure accurate tagging, stocking, and backroom upkeep while upholding safety and store standards.

This role requires being able to work nights/weekends, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery and merchandise flow onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded
• Maintains backroom organization and signage standards
• Provides progress updates to management and participates in training needs
