Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide an excellent service experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized store and promote safety and loss-prevention measures.
• Support store management with scheduling, onboarding, and file maintenance for associates.
• Maintain Associate personnel files and assist in cash office functions.
• Assist Operations team with coverage, inventory, and store-wide execution of tasks.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and support shrink reduction initiatives.
