Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure team efficiency.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and keeping the store clean and organized.
• Model exceptional customer service and train Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded; communicate with the Coordinator on Duty for flow of goods.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as needed; organize and rotate back stock for replenishment.
