Job summary

TJ Maxx in Warrington, PA is hiring a store associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards and support a smooth flow of goods to the floor. You’ll deliver a positive customer experience and work with a team to meet store goals.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes processing of merchandise to the sales floor
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures back stock is organized and replenishment flows smoothly
• Promotes safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies and procedures
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and provides feedback to management
