REI Co-op in Seattle is seeking an Operations Specialist to keep merchandise stocked, priced accurately, and available on the sales floor. You will help maintain back stock in the warehouse, assist customers, and support store operations with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Store retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload and distribute merchandise from replenishment shipments.
• Price, organize, hang, or distribute merchandise and follow stocking policies.
• Assist with sale preparation, recovery, and processing damaged or returned merchandise.
• Support store pick-up, including receiving and processing products.
• Provide maintenance services to store areas and maintain warehouse organization.
• Assist customers with product questions and memberships.
