REI Co-op in Dillon, Colorado is seeking a Sr. Operations Specialist to guide the store to operational excellence. This role acts as the store's Swiss Army Knife, sharing knowledge, giving recommendations, and engaging with customers daily while supporting the store management team.

You are a superstar organizer, ready to solve problems, embrace ambiguity, and promote the REI culture. The position involves office duties, HR related tasks, and ensuring safe, efficient store operations.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and reconciles operational expenses.
• Mentors and supports operations and sales staff.
• Manages office supply inventory within budget.
• Assists with hiring and HR documentation; maintains store files.
• Coordinates Safety Committee, Product Quality issues, and Loss Prevention standards.
• Additional duties as assigned.
