Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficiency.
• Create a positive customer experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise processing.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with Coordinator on Duty for goods flow.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as needed.
• Organize back stock for replenishment.
• Uphold merchandising signage standards and backroom standards.
• Comply with recycling and hazardous waste programs.
• Communicate priorities and provide progress updates.
• Provide and accept recognition and feedback.
• Assist in associate training and store goals.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Promote safety and shrink reduction initiatives.
