Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include stocking, inventory handling, and executing merchandising plans while adhering to company policies and dress code. Candidates should be reliable, team-oriented, and able to problem solve under shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Be knowledgeable of Ulta Beauty’s policies and standards; adhere to dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced, ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and providing guest service.
