Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and execute daily tasks to drive sales.

You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, participate in ongoing training, brand and category education, to enable professional development and drive sales performance, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology, including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipment, replenishment, merchandising sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
