Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations and guest services. You will help keep merchandise stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and follow procedures to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all guests.

As a key team member, you will contribute to achieving store goals, participate in ongoing training, and adapt to a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• High school diploma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on operational tasks to support sales drivers and guest experiences.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store areas clean and organized.
• Follow processes and procedures to meet compliance and efficiency goals.
• Assist Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with tasks and audits.
• Provide exceptional guest service and protect store assets.
