Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will maintain stock levels, ensure product availability, and help deliver a positive guest experience across the salesfloor.

This role requires attention to detail, adherence to company policies, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. The position emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard; complete shipment and replenishment processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training including brand and category education.
• Be knowledgeable of Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments.
• Drive operational excellence by replenishing, facing, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices.
• Execute other tasks as directed.
