Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and complete assigned tasks, collaborating with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet performance goals.

The role requires attention to detail, a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work independently or with a team while following store procedures and loss

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable continuous professional development and drive sales performance.
