Your Role

As a Retail Performance and Store Operations Manager, you will manage resources and uphold operational performance to support and maximize sales and profitability in your assigned stores. You will enhance the customer experience to improve sales performance and bottom-line profitability. You will work on-site and report to a Senior Operations Manager.

What You'll Do
  1. Lead the execution of store Retail Performance and Store Operations strategy
  2. Oversee and be accountable for the daily execution of store operations:
  3. Inbound merchandise / supply receiving
  4. Support online sales activity via accurate order fulfillment
  5. Manage expenses to increase profitability for assigned stores
  6. Implement capital fund projects
  7. Oversee all labor, scheduling, and staffing of assigned stores
  8. Collaborate with partners to ensure all mechanical and technological responsibilities are maintained for assigned stores
  9. Flex resources, processes, and behaviors to maximize operational efficiency
  10. Prioritize team workload and focus to achieve sales and profitability
  11. Carry out the tasks of a Sales Support Manager in the absence of that role in an assigned store
  12. Directly manage performance of Sales Support Managers, Alterations Manager, and Loss Prevention Leaders
  13. Responsible for store inventory accuracy and lead the physical inventory process for assigned stores
  14. Other duties as assigned
What You Bring
  1. 7+ years of experience, luxury retail fashion experience recommended
  2. A proven track record of achieving business results
  3. History of leading, motivating, and coaching teams
  4. In-depth knowledge of profit and loss management
  5. Advanced proficiency in Excel (maintaining complex spreadsheets) and Microsoft Word
  6. Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds as required
  7. A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
