Your Role

As a Retail Performance and Store Operations Manager, you will manage resources and uphold operational performance to support and maximize sales and profitability in your assigned stores. You will enhance the customer experience to improve sales performance and bottom-line profitability. You will work on-site and report to a Senior Operations Manager.

What You'll Do

• Lead the execution of store Retail Performance and Store Operations strategy
• Oversee and be accountable for the daily execution of store operations, including inbound merchandise/supply receiving, outbound merchandise movement, online sales support, merchandise price changes, expense management, capital projects, payroll, and non-payroll expenses
• Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing of assigned stores
• Ensure mechanical and technological responsibilities are maintained in collaboration with partners
• Maximize operational efficiency by adjusting resources, processes, and behaviors
• Prioritize team workload to achieve sales and profitability goals
• Perform the tasks of a Sales Support Manager in their absence
• Manage performance of Sales Support Managers, Alterations Manager, and Loss Prevention Leaders
• Ensure store inventory accuracy and lead physical inventory processes
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience, preferably in luxury retail fashion
• 4-year degree recommended
• Proven track record of achieving business results
• Leadership experience in motivating and coaching teams
• Deep understanding of profit and loss management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
