The Assistant Catering Operations Manager will be responsible for the operations of the lounge and concessions. Help with assistant manager duties, such as scheduling, documenting, leading the team, invoicing, and other job functionalities as required.

This role will pay an annual salary of $65,000-$70,000 and is bonus eligible.

This position will remain open until July 25, 2025.

Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service in a high-volume environment
2. Assist in managing all catering operations of lounge and concessions
3. Assist with Black and White events as needed
4. Value diversity and work effectively with individuals from different backgrounds
5. Work on your feet for long periods, including walking, stair climbing, and outdoor work in varied weather
6. Perform repetitive movements like pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting
7. Handle small and large objects, computer tasks, and kitchen equipment
8. Handle cash accurately and work with numbers
9. Communicate effectively, maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude
10. Work with cleaning chemicals and sanitizing agents
11. Have a background in catering and events
12. Previous management experience is preferred
13. Obtain and maintain a food handler’s card
14. Understand all potential functional areas of the venue
15. Remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
