Love's Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily multi-site operations and lead a team to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role requires driving store, fuel, and hospitality operations with a focus on performance and safety in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with the General Manager to manage schedules, budgets, and reporting while mentoring 5–10+ staff and ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence across departments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Additional screening may include a motor vehicle check and/or DOT Physical.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple business areas to drive efficiency.
• Lead a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting changes to capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers in talent acquisition.
