Love’s Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily multi-site operations, drive efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will oversee teams, manage processes, and execute store strategies to grow sales and profitability.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership, adherence to safety standards, and strong financial awareness to optimize P&L performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with $2M+ annual sales volume.
• 2+ years managing budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising 5–10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations up to and potentially including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through restroom and shower cleanliness, facilities, equipment maintenance, and safety checks.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule and cash integrity, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Understand financial reporting to analyze profit/loss and take action to capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers in talent acquisition efforts.
