Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or related management role.
• Experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2M+.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations (retail store, fuel, restaurant, kitchen, truck care).
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility and perform safety checks.
• Drive sales through ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
