Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily store operations, fuel, restaurant, and truck care. You will lead a team, optimize processes, and drive sales growth while upholding safety and excellent customer service standards.

Requirements include 2+ years in management with multi-site responsibility, budgeting/P&L experience, and 2+ years supervising 5–10+ staff. Proficiency in MS Office is expected; pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail/travel stop or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with $2M+ annual sales volume.
• 2+ years handling budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills (MS Office).
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to drive efficiency, quality and satisfaction.
• Lead a team and manage processes to grow sales.
• Assist GM with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity and reporting.
