CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team to drive store execution, performance, and customer loyalty through excellent service.

Under supervision of the Store Manager, you will lead an engaged team, manage staffing and development, and partner across functions to deliver a seamless CVS/pharmacy experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
