Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, manage staff, and build customer loyalty through excellent service while supporting the Store Manager and leading by example.

This full-time role focuses on supervising the crew, coordinating staffing, managing inventory and finances, and fostering a positive, compliant work environment across all shifts, including early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in a timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, assist, thank).
