Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and participate in community outreach programs and represent Walmart to external organizations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, analyze reports, and implement asset protection and safety measures.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including training and mentoring.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service standards and support store initiatives.
• Assist store manager in driving financial performance and managing expenses.
