Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting store operations to meet sales and profit goals while safeguarding assets.
2. Leading inventory management and visual merchandising standards.
3. Managing and coaching a team to deliver excellent customer service and meet KPIs.
4. Ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety, and shrink programs.
5. Serving as Manager on Duty and assisting with omni-channel processes.
6. Participating in performance management and talent development.
7. Maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.

Qualifications:

• Retail management leadership experience.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform store duties.
