    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a strategic and proactive Ambassador Marketing and Operations Manager to lead outreach initiatives connecting with patients and communities via our Ambassador Program and marketing efforts. This role involves collaborating with the Community Engagement team to develop, improve, and scale grassroots marketing strategies leveraging local Ambassadors, insights, and partnerships to boost awareness, trust, and participation in the Future of Medicine Program.

    The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and relationship-oriented, capable of building meaningful connections with Community Engagement Partners who serve as our internal bridge to Ambassadors. You will create tools, processes, and resources to empower Ambassadors as advocates while maintaining strategic oversight of patient outreach and marketing effectiveness.

    This role combines field marketing, content creation, and process improvement to enhance patient awareness, engagement, and recruitment across diverse regions and communities.

    What You'll Be Working On:

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    Ambassador Program Management and Marketing Execution:
    • Develop and refine Ambassador resources such as playbooks, talking points, flyers, FAQs, and outreach templates.
    • Create and manage attribution tools like QR codes and UTM links to monitor performance.
    • Oversee Ambassador payments ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Use feedback and data insights to improve outreach strategies and messaging.
    • Maintain and optimize CRM systems to track activities, engagement, and outcomes.
    Content Development and Marketing Operations
    • Coordinate the organization and deployment of marketing materials with internal teams.
    • Ensure marketing collateral is clear, consistent, and accessible, translating complex medical concepts for diverse audiences.
    • Manage marketing efforts at community events and partner locations to increase awareness and participation.
    Program Leadership and Cross-Team Collaboration
    • Act as the main liaison between patient marketing and community engagement teams to align messaging and goals.
    • Analyze marketing performance data, including attribution and engagement metrics, to inform improvements.
    Localized Outreach and Communication Strategy
    • Adapt outreach strategies to regional communication styles and cultural contexts.
    • Support on-site marketing activations and event-based outreach with local teams.
    • Assist with data collection, reporting, and creative solutions for local events and outreach opportunities.
    • Stay informed of best practices in grassroots marketing, patient engagement, and Ambassador program management to enhance effectiveness.
    • Ensure processes related to Ambassadors are compliant and scalable for organizational growth and expansion.
    Physical & Travel Requirements:
    • This role is remote; requires use of computer equipment.
    • Physical demands include walking, standing, sitting, minimal lifting, and driving to local events/sites.
    • Up to 20% travel nationally, depending on project needs.
    Qualifications:
    • 3+ years in marketing, grassroots outreach, or community engagement, preferably in healthcare or public health.
    • Experience managing influencer or field marketing programs, including attribution and payments.
    • Strong CRM management skills for distributed teams and outcome tracking.
    • Ability to create user-friendly marketing collateral and resources.
    • Data analysis skills to optimize outreach tactics.
    • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
    • Relationship-building skills for collaboration with teams and external partners.
    • Proficiency with marketing tools such as CRM, Canva, social media, and email platforms.
    • Comfort working in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
    Certifications & Education:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, Business, or related field.
    • Experience in grassroots marketing, influencer programs, or healthcare marketing preferred.
    • Knowledge of clinical research, patient advocacy, or community health is a plus.
    • Familiarity with digital media, attribution, and paid media is advantageous.
    • Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.
