Who you are:
The Retail Operations Manager is a central voice on the retail team, guiding the communication to our network of boutiques and supporting the tools that they need to offer an exceptional client experience. The Retail Operations Manager provides key administrative support to the Retail team, and is a departmental partner who works closely to support and coordinate the operational activities of the retail stores across all functional areas to ensure effective planning and implementation of policies and procedures.

As required by New York City salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position starting at $50,000. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
