Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily retail operations and ensure smooth sales execution at the TCM outlet.
• Lead, train, and support retail staff to uphold service excellence and team performance.
• Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and coordination with HQ on stock movements.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive sales growth and brand awareness.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification with at least 3 years of relevant experience in retail, healthcare, or TCM sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays based on retail operations schedule.
