Responsibilities

Assist daily operation of a retail facility to ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and operational requirements.
Participate in structured training to develop leadership and supervisory competencies.
Support customer service operations by promoting service standards and assisting with concerns resolution.
Assist with financial and business operations, including monitoring sales, inventory control, cash handling, and expense management.
Collaborate with Exchange leadership to identify operational issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and adaptability while preparing for placement into a permanent retail management role.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
