Job summary

The Exchange at Fort Benning is seeking candidates for a Management position within Hospitality and Restaurant Operations. This program provides on-the-job training under an experienced Manager, with exposure to supervision, staffing, training, and daily facility operations.

Selected associates will relocate to Exchange locations as needed and must obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days of program completion or placement.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operation of a food facility to meet Exchange policies and safety standards.
• Participate in structured training to develop leadership and supervisory skills.
• Support customer service operations and resolve concerns.
• Assist with financial operations including sales monitoring, inventory, cash handling, and expenses.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify issues and drive improvement.
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and adaptability for future management placement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
