Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and coach associates; manage staffing decisions.
• Onboard and train associates; support development and performance reviews.
• Prioritize, delegate, and validate daily tasks to meet business needs.
• Oversee inventory management, pricing, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean store environment and respond to customer needs.
