Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Operations Lead to join our store leadership team, driving profitability and efficiency. The role requires constant movement on the sales floor and in the stockroom, with responsibilities spanning inventory, receiving, replenishment, and visual standards.

Leads by example, mentors Operations Associates, and uses performance feedback to develop talent while partnering with store leaders on budgets and vendor relationships to optimize store performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with strong decision making.
• Valuing feedback, receptive to receiving and giving feedback.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results individually and as a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement in all store areas.
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, crawl and twist; safely climb ladders.
• Stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management with a focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues; escalate gaps.
• Manage shipments, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor sets, and supply management.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support safe work environment and stockroom standards and processes.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.
