Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Inventory Manager for a full-time in-store role, reporting to the Store Manager. You will oversee receiving, transfers, cycle counts, and data integrity to support daily operations.

The role requires strong Excel and retail inventory system skills, plus the ability to train staff and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with retail inventory principles and store programs.
• Ability to manage cycle counts and shrinkage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive all products into store inventory and complete receiving processes.
• Oversee/validate/complete inter-store transfers – in/out.
• Process credits and invoiced items not received.
• Validate all online orders within 1 hour of receipt.
