Victoria’s Secret & Co in Houston is seeking an Operations Manager to lead store execution and ensure a consistent, high‑performing retail environment. Reporting to Store Manager or Assistant, you’ll drive inventory, replenishment, and floor readiness with a hands‑on leadership style.

You’ll manage a team of Selling Associates, own back‑of‑house operations, support floorsets and launches, and uphold safety, asset protection, and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Strong execution and operational expertise.
• Strong selling, coaching, and business ownership mindset.
• Experience using insights to drive performance.
• Experience developing talent and building team capability.
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).

Responsibilities

• Execute shipment, replenishment, and inventory processes.
• Back-of-house organization and operational efficiency.
• Inventory accuracy and operational compliance.
• Cleanliness, safety, and asset protection standards.
• Support of floorsets and product launches.
• Identification and resolution of operational gaps.
• Direct reports, including Selling Associates.
