Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, frequent bending, kneeling, and standing.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).

Responsibilities

• Execute shipment, replenishment, and inventory processes.
• Back-of-house organization and operational efficiency.
• Inventory accuracy and operational compliance.
• Cleanliness, safety, and asset protection standards.
• Support of floorsets and product launches.
• Identification and resolution of operational gaps.
• Direct reports, including Selling Associates, and lead the business.
