Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working in retail, preferably footwear/athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets of the store.
• Consult with Store Manager to plan selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep the Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote merchandise.
