Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance while fostering consumer loyalty through excellent customer service under the Store Manager's supervision.

Responsibilities include overall store management, sales and inventory oversight, staffing/development, financial management, and customer service leadership. Prior retail supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
