Qualifications

• Two or more years of specialty retail leadership experience focused on store operations or visual merchandising.
• Customer-centric approach and strong service mindset.
• Educator, coach and mentor who inspires team members.
• Organized and strategic, able to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communicator of business information and brand initiatives.
• Technological aptitude to train and coach on POS/iPad/handheld systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality with exceptional customer experiences.
• Provide a meaningful service experience that promotes product and builds brand loyalty.
• Achieve sales and service metrics including clientelling, outreach and appointments.
• Partner with the Manager to lead the team across store operations.
• Plan and execute floor sets, displays, recalls and markdowns.
• Educate, train and reinforce brand standards and policies.
