Qualifications

• Two or more years of specialty retail experience with emphasis on store operations or visual merchandising.

• Organized and strategic with ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Tech-savvy with ability to navigate POS/iPad/handheld systems.
• Comfortable climbing ladders, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Open availability of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Create a hospitable culture through exceptional customer experiences and build relationships.
• Provide meaningful customer service to promote products and brand.
• Achieve sales and service metrics across key areas such as Clientelling/Outreach.
• Partner with Manager to lead the team in all areas of operations.
• Plan floor sets, window displays, recalls and markdowns.
• Educate and reinforce brand standards and company policies.
• Balance operational and selling energy with scheduling and prioritizing tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of fashion trends and business drivers to maximize sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Develop positive working relationships to support a productive environment.
